By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Vacuumgliding a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Vacuumgliding is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.
Vacuumgliding reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion and without notice.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of vacuumgliding.info may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vacuumgliding, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
In no event shall Vacuumgliding’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive termination of these Terms.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Vacuumgliding may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that Vacuumgliding deems inappropriate or harmful to the services or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any fees owed to Vacuumgliding prior to termination.
